The Dot Property Thailand Awards 2021 placed a strong emphasis on sustainability and innovation in the Thai real estate industry. This year’s event recognized leading developers, projects, and agencies that are shaping a better future, with a total of 32 awards presented across various categories.
One of the highlights of the event was MQDC (Magnolia Quality Development Corporation), which showcased its unique and futuristic vision of sustainable development through its flagship project, The Forestias. As a result of its outstanding efforts, MQDC took home five prestigious awards, including Developer of The Year Thailand 2021 and Best Innovative Development.
In addition to the accolades from the judging panel, The Forestias also earned the Thailand People’s Choice Award: Project of the Year 2021, based on public votes. The project was selected from among 12 shortlisted developments announced earlier in November.

Meanwhile, SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited, the 2020 Developer of the Year and winner of the 2019 People’s Choice Award, also received two awards this year for its outstanding work in single-detached housing developments.
Other notable winners included: Pieamsuk Property Development and Navarang Asset Co. were recognized as outstanding real estate developers, each receiving prestigious awards in their respective categories. Meanwhile, Nichada Group of Companies proudly earned the Best Lifestyle Developer award for the second consecutive year.

In the category of outstanding real estate projects, Raimon Land Public Company Limited once again demonstrated its expertise in luxury development by winning Best Luxury Condominium Bangkok for the second time with Tait Sathorn 12.
Other standout developments this year include Life Sathorn Sierra by AP Thailand and Noble Form Thonglor by Noble Development, both recognized for their excellence in design and location.
In Phuket, Andaman Asset, a leading developer in the region, took home three awards for their exceptional projects. Meanwhile, Santi Pura Villas by LDR Group received the Best Villa Architectural Design Koh Samui award, further highlighting the growing design innovation in Thailand’s luxury villa market.
