FNA stands for Forbest Network Agent. It refers to real estate agents affiliated with Forbest Properties Company, acting as a bridge connecting clients to our excellent real estate services, such as marketing properties from the company’s database to find buyers.

We provide an electronic identification card to certify your status as an FNA, which helps enhance the credibility of our agents under Forbest Properties. This E-business card can be shown to clients when presenting properties, and it will appear on our platform called FNA Smart Platform (Easy Professional Smart).

Commission rates range from 20% to 60%.
FNA members can earn up to 60% in total commission share, divided as follows:
– Sales Agent – Earn 35% commission when you successfully close a sale from a property listed on the FNA Smart Platform.
– Property Contributor – Earn 20–25% commission when you bring in a property and it gets sold through the company.
You may choose to receive commission from either role or combine both roles to maximize your earnings—based on your contributions.
FNA members enjoy a combined commission share of up to 60%, which includes:
- Earn 35% when you successfully close a deal on a property listed on the FNA Platform.
- Earn 20% when you introduce a property to the company and it gets sold.
- Earn 25% when you submit a property as an exclusive listing and it gets sold (Note: The property must be approved by a mentor).

We offer a curated selection of A-grade properties with comprehensive information, ready for you to present to clients immediately—saving you time and effort in sourcing listings yourself. These properties are carefully vetted and analyzed by our professional team to ensure high closing potential. By leveraging our property portfolio, you’ll significantly increase your chances of making a sale. Simply select the listings we’ve prepared and start presenting to clients.
